1. Get Photoshop. (I don’t know if you have it or not haha)
2. Download this brush - http://www.brusheezy.com/brush/1361-Real-Smoke-Photoshop-Brushes
Unzip it, extract to whatever folder
Cut & paste it into the Adobe > Photoshop > Presents > Brushes folder
If you already knew how to do that stuff, my apologies.
